About the Sale

This sale is not genre specific, but it will be an LGBTQIA+ specific sale.There is no “banned” content, (dark, taboo, & dead dove ok!) but we do encourage everyone to submit content warnings with their work.Each author is allowed to submit no more than two titles per pen namePlease keep blurbs for books to 100 words. Entries that do not follow this guideline will be ignored.MM Is anti-AI and pro-artist, and as such any books without artist credit in the front matter will be rejected as we can not verify it was not made with AI.We are hosting an ebook sale across several platforms like amazon as well as an itchio bundle. You do not need to sign up for the retailer sale to participate in the itchio bundle, likewise you do not need to sign up for the itchio bundle to participate in the Amazon etc. sale.

Retailers

Amazon requirements
Books must be marked down to $2 or less on JUNE 13th, you will need to lower your price several days before as it can take amazon time to approve the price. If you would like to make your book free you will need to be enrolled in KINDLE UNLIMITED.

Itchio requirements
You must submit the URL for your project on the sign up sheet, you will receive an invite for a co-op bundle, which you must accept prior to the bundle going live. If you are unfamiliar with itchio and would like to know how it works you can check out Rien Gray’s guide here The itchio sale will run from Fri June 13th – Sun June 15th, the total price of the bundle will equal out to $1 per eBook and the profits will be divided as evenly among participants as possible. Sometimes with an uneven number of participants percentage on sales can vary by 1%. Please only submit itch.io projects that are $1 or more, avoid submitting free projects. Other listings You may discount your books on other websites, you MUST submit the URL to be added to the website. It is up to you to discount prior to the sale going live and submit your links.

Sign ups are open to everyone, feel free to share with your friends.All books will be added to a sale website. Last year we used a carrd, which is not currently live. This year we will be using this website! Sign ups close Sunday May 4th, we will not accept late submissions. If you would like to help set up, and help with the launch, make sure you are active in the ⁠mm-book-fair-june13 channel in the Monster Manor Discord! If you would like to include a link to paperbacks, signed copies, or other physical items you can include this in the “additional info” or “additional links” sections in the google form.
